Ag Survivor:

Using real world farm/ranch settings and agricultural economics, Ag Survivor allows many kinds of risk and risk management strategies and lets the player compare one strategy against another.  The player can run the simulation as many times as desired to determine the proper mix of strategy and luck.

In the end, the practice and knowledge gained through Ag Survivor facilitates improved decisions for farming/ranching operations.
